Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order.

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

The shoes are unused and unworn (can be tried indoors to check size/fit).

The shoes are returned in the original box without damage.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

The shoes show signs of wear, dirt, or damage.

The shoe box is damaged, taped, written on, or not returned.

The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup via our courier partner.

Once we receive and inspect the shoes:

If approved, you can choose between:

An exchange (subject to stock availability).

A refund (excluding delivery charges).

Or a store credit, valid for 6 months.

- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the return is approved.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side (damaged, incorrect, or missing item).
